Stanley Black and Decker is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our HRIS team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR and IT, with at least a few years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce environment, with a focus on user adoption, data quality, and system stability. You will work closely with our HR and IT teams, as well as end-users across the organization, to ensure that our Salesforce instance meets the needs of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the SBD Employee Portal Administer Salesforce environment.
  • Work in conjunction with IT to maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to support HR processes and data management.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits, data cleanup, and assist with data migration activities.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as the SBD Workday HR system, and other third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, working with our IT team and Salesforce support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the SBD HR teams globally to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including user story writing, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings during sprints and projects.
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage Salesforce development tasks, including user stories, epics, issues, and testing.
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end-users and other teams as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on HR processes and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, data management, workflows, and automation.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with user story writing and ticket management in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues.


EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred.
