Job Description
A Sales Customer Support person is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Assist customers over the phone
- Assist the Truck and Trailer Territory Managers in processing orders
- Maintain stock inventory lists for the Sales Team
- Support Truck Service team with administrative tasks
- Review all final paperwork from sales needed for specifications and generate necessary files for communication to Engineering and Production departments
- Work with Sales to gather and distribute necessary documentation for invoicing for new equipment
- Facilitate chassis purchases with chassis dealer in cooperation with Accounting and Purchasing
- Distribute paperwork for signed orders and change orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to use and understand Windows-based software, MS Excel, Enterprise system, and Salesforce
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle fast paced work
