We are seeking a Sales Support Consultant to join the CoverMyMeds Commercial Sales Operations team.

Position Description

The CoverMyMeds Sales Support Consultant will be responsible for the support of our Commercial Sales Team. Our role is to enable sales to spend more time selling and working on growing the business. The role of Sales Support is integral in our sales process and directly contributes to the success of our organization. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable with some ambiguity, while contributing to creating Sales Operations as the “Control Tower” for CoverMyMeds’ revenue engine. This role will need to engage in written and verbal communication with the internal sales teams they support as well as various cross-functional internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of Salesforce pipeline, contracts, analytics cases on behalf of sales team you support. Work to help National Sales Directors manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce and to ensure entries are accurate.
  • Generate and provide sales reports to sales team and others in a clear, concise manner. Includes working with data and analytics, finance, and legal.
  • Support special projects based on sales key initiatives.
  • Work with project managers, business analysts, salesforce administrators, and sales team leaders to implement and collaborate on major sales-related projects.
  • Supports the accurate data throughout CRM and different systems
  • Develop and execute new approaches/procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services performed.
  • Provide support to sales and sales operations for business reviews or other meetings as needed.
  • Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required.
  • Other projects as assigned by manager

Critical Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant business experience and supporting a Sales Organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel with some advanced functionality
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Proven success in working independently as a strong decisive thinker while contributing to a team
  • Experience working within a high-volume environment with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills interacting with cross functional internal teams as well as leadership
  • Strong analytical and research ability while providing resolution and reconciliation
  • Able to consistently deliver on agreed upon commitments.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Energetic self-starter with a passion for new challenges and taking initiative
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Able to multi-task effectively and manage shifting priorities
  • Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
  • Comfortable learning new technology and able to adapt well to new applications.
  • Must be based in Columbus, Dallas, or Atlanta - no remote

Education

  • 4-year degree required, preferred specialization in business or marketing

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$54,800 - $91,300
