Sunbelt Staffing is growing & looking to add colleagues to our RPH on the Go team!

This is an 'Entry Level' sales position, so previous experience in healthcare and/or recruitment is not required. Those with experience in sales, hospitality, customer service & retail tend to excel in this role!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is favorable.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit healthcare professionals to our client's job openings
• Post our client's jobs online.
• Recruit healthcare professionals via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments.
