Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the sales team in the grocery sector with process improvement, measurement and tracking
  • Lead new customer set up and onboarding process
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying the process
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assist the sales team (sales, trade investment, analyzing promotions)
  • Maintain regular check-ins with sales managers to identify opportunities for improvement and problem solving
  • Create and analyze reports and communicate insightful business observations

Skills & Values Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and process management
  • Financial acumen and the ability to work well with data
  • Computer skills to create presentations utilizing MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Collaborate well with associates and demonstrate a winning team spirit
  • Ability to understand our sales strategies and incorporate into reporting metrics
  • Support the team with business impact analysis at key retailers in the Grocery Sector
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy and Finance teams
  • Develop proficiency in Sovos internal platforms to support the team tracking retailer ads and promotional events

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 year Associate or 4 year College Degree
  • 2-4 years of prior work experience
