Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 sales experience, preferably in the Residential and Commercial plumbing industry. (We are willing to train a great salesperson if you are motivated to shift gears to a new career).
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport, credibility and connect with customers.
- We require background checks and drug screening, but we hire on ability, proven track record and determination to win.
Job Description:
- The Channel Leader will work with a team of plumbing technicians and make recommendations to customers by providing options for permanent solutions.
- Provide guidance, direction and training to plumbing technicians to ensure they are meeting sales performance targets.
- Coordinate and oversee all sold estimates to ensure all steps are taken to expedite the work and complete the job for our clients.
- Drive revenue and exceed goals for the shop on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
- Work directly with the Operations Manager and peer Channel Leaders to continue to build our shop and meet customer expectations.
- Regularly attend weekly crew meetings and actively participate and support the meeting content.
