As an ideal candidate for this SDR role on our team, you have a strong understanding for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for your Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers. As a SDR, you will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as their initial point of contact for our world class global organization.

Your daily focus as a SDR:

  • Professionally represent The Myers-Briggs Company to potential clients by learning the playbook and scripts for this role and qualifying prospects
  • Proactively seek to qualify new business opportunities by utilizing phone, email and other marketing programs as directed by US Sales Director.
  • Utilize Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new sales opportunities
  • Set appointments between potential client and sales leaders and account managers while ensuring high prospect attendance rates
  • Report to US Sales Director to review weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Here’s what you need to be successful for this role:

  • Entry level however, any prior experience prospecting and with phone-based sales experience is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Detail and process oriented with the ability to learn and follow a sales process
  • A track record of high achievement
  • A friendly but competitive nature
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills through phone and email
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
