We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to provide inside support for our sales staff and our clients. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety in their work and the opportunity to learn something new every day.
Some of the things you would be doing:
- Fielding calls from clients who are needing product specifications and comparisons, along with pricing information.
- Supporting the sales team and client throughout the project design process.
- Partnering with the sales team and marketing manager to plan and implement manufacturer trainings, meetings, entertainment events and trade shows.
- Coordinating client recognition/gifts.
- Maintaining client data bases.
- Delivering and picking up product samples from client offices.
- Assisting with samples/sales tool orders.
- Managing some office administrative duties.
The ideal candidate for this job will:
- Be a great communicator - both verbal and written
- Have exceptional relationship building/management skills, instilling trust through honesty, integrity and follow-through.
- Be able to juggle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
- Be able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software and be able to quickly learn and comfortable with industry software.
