As our Remote Sales Coordinator, you’re the backbone and quarterback to our sales team! You manage all Sales Coordination and Operational Tasks including:

Reviewing and grading all inbound leads and scheduling them with the appropriate sales reps.

Owning all sales teams performance metrics and data.

Providing accurate and timely data to C-suite team - Updating marketing Budgets & Sales Projection sheets

Sales Operations - Sending in tech requests or troubleshooting if there are any issues with any sheets or formulas

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 6+ months experience in the online coaching space and thrives in a remote work environment.
  • 6+ months experience working as a Sales Coordinator.
  • 3+++ years of experience working in an administrative role or general business experience.
  • Is a wiz at problem solving and trouble shooting Google Sheets formulas, and other techy issues that might be impacting the sales teams.
  • Has a high attention to detail, strong communicator, and loves to problem solve.
  • Loves to be a part of a high growth, fast paced company.

Compensation:

  • Fully remote work, on mostly EST hours. We have team members all over the world.
  • 1-2x per year travel to team off-sites in Scottsdale, AZ.
