Sales Consultant

Sterling Auto Group in Navasota, TX is in search of a Full-time Automotive Sales Representative who is friendly, energetic, and motivated with a proven record of converting leads to sales. Sales consultants will office from Sterling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or Sterling Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, but may sell any used models at any store within the group and any new vehicles including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Subaru, Kia, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.

Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Sales Representatives provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Respond to internet leads in a timely manner.
• Follow up with unsold leads for 90 days.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Sales Representatives complete vehicle needs assessment with customers through questioning and listening.
• Sales Representatives provide a professional vehicle delivery, ensuring that the customer understands the full operations, maintenance, warranty and set up.
• Understanding and aiming to exceed pay plan objectives.
• Attending daily sales meetings.
• Proficiency and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management software.
• Develop and achieve goals, analyze actions, reflect and strive to improve oneself daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.

Qualifications of Automotive Sales Representative:

As a Sales Representative, you must have and engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic work well as part of a team and take pride in your work.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prior automotive or demonstrated outside sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Computer fluency
