Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Bee Cave is hiring for a Sales Associate!
There will be various shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
Spa Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Manage point of sale system- answer phones, book appointments, ring-out transactions
- Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper procedures for electronic forms
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetic services
- Maintain a clean work environment & professional appearance
- Positive, energetic mindset
- Team player
- Spa opening and closing duties
- Daily spa cleaning and maintenance

Spa Sales Associate Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional appearance
- Technical skills to train and manage our Point-of-Sale system
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
- Ability to focus on selling membership programs and ensure our current members are consistently receiving excellent customer service!

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
