$60,000-$70,000 per year

10% performance-based bonus structure (Target)

Must be able to work second shift from 2:00pm-11:00pm approx.

This is a second shift role.

Responsibilities

The Route Loading Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all loading activities are completed in a timely/accurate and safe manner. This leader will foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability. This role must create a positive work environment through real-time observation and specific, constructive, and actionable feedback. Must work credibly, with a sense of urgency to ensure that operational plans are executed, performance and budget goals are achieved, and team members are kept informed to guarantee alignment on consistently and safely delivering a great associate experience.

  • This position is accountable for managing warehousing and loader associate activities
  • This position will ensure high quality standards with regards to loading and inventory organization at the lowest achievable cost while protecting and maintaining company assets
  • Supervision of checker/loader associates and maintaining branch yard cleanliness
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all phases of loading and check-in
  • Work closely with Route Operations to ensure all product and equipment needs are met on time
  • Set daily workload schedules that will efficiently manage the department
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of the loading area to maximize efficiencies and output
  • Select, hire, and train associates to operate and maintain all equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Maintain facility organization and cleanliness in route loading and product storage areas

Qualifications

  • Passion for working safely
  • Prior warehouse supervision experience, preferably warehouse + food and beverage industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to systematically analyze issues
  • Develop corrective actions that permanently eliminate recurring problems
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database utilization
  • The ability to learn and understand programs is a must
  • Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Forklift experience required
  • Able to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Must work second shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
