We are looking to add an experienced and caring Clinical Manager for Home Health and a Clinical Manager for Hospice to our Home Health and Hospice division in King and Pierce County, Washington!

A few of the Essential Duties of this role:

• Ensures agency compliance with all state/federal home health/hospice laws & regulations
• Reviews all incoming referrals for appropriateness & manages approvals & assignments
• Reviews patient charts for medical diagnoses, procedures, medications, & clinical course
• Assists the DCS with planning, implementing & evaluating in-services & CEU programs
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, & mentoring organization personnel
• Participates in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow

What do we require of our Director of Clinical Services (RN)?

• A minimum of 2 years of health care management experience
• Must have at least 1 year of home health and/or hospice clinical manager experience
• A BSN degree is preferred, but not required
• Current BLS certification
• Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
• Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of home health and hospice regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
• OASIS Certification preferred, but not required
• Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation
