Knickerbocker Group is seeking a talented Revit Specialist/ BIM Manager to work with our design team to develop Revit templates and workflows, building models, documentation drawings, and deliver overall BIM project management on client projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop BIM Standards and Revit templates in partnership with our in-house team
• Develop parametric Revit families for use within the Company
• Provide training on KG Revit processes and general Revit processes to employees
• Manage BIM 360 models and documents
• Assist design teams with the production of BIM models and documented drawings throughout all project phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and renderings.
• Collaborate with design teams and vendors to meet overall project objectives
• Provide on-call technical support to project teams during business hours

The ideal candidate has:

• extensive knowledge of modeling and documentation techniques in Revit
• an understanding of residential construction documents and general residential construction methods preferred

• an assertive personality

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3+ years of experience of BIM management experience at an Architecture or Interior Design firm
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Dynamo, Lumion Rendering Software and BIM Collaborate Pro
• Skilled with Microsoft Office applications
