Retention Specialist

As a Retention Agent, you will use your sales skills to retain existing NorthStar Customers. This is a full-time position. The schedule is 9 AM - 5 PM. This is a commissionable opportunity best suited for those that are highly disciplined and money motivated.

RETENTION AGENT COMPENSATION:

• $14+ per hour base wage plus commission (with an average employee making $20+ an hour)

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN RETENTION SPECIALIST:

Communicate with customers about concerns and find satisfying solutions to prevent cancellation.

Use persuasion skills and experience to help the company retain customers by building value in existing and additional alarm system and security system products.

Give our customers the BEST service possible without altercations.

Use our software platforms to record customer interactions, describe the customer story and each phase of retention opportunities, new accounts and upgrades.

• Exceptional social and sales skills
