We are hiring for a Retail District Manager. The Retail District Manager is responsible for the overall management of store activities within their assigned District. Accountable for delivering sales plan through effective management and delegation of store and operational tasks. Locations to include, but not limited to Fairhaven, Hyannis, Natick, Northborough, West Roxbury, Weymouth, Waltham.

Job Functions:
· Ability to organize, prioritize and meet store deadlines, goals, and deliverables by setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable.
· Challenge and motivate teams to meet/exceed assigned sales goals.
· Invests in Sales Associates and Store Managers to create and maintain a selling environment focused on the customer first.
· Create bench strength to enable internal career advancement.
· Develop and manage performance of individuals/teams by creating and updating playbooks and dashboards.
· Travel to stores on a weekly/monthly basis to take store inventories and cycle counts.
· Work with Retail Operations Manager to build merchandising plans from concept to implementation by recommending improvements and driving efficiencies.
· Lead change initiatives.
· Experience with forecasting and analyzing business trends.
· Oversee and control payroll budgets and schedules for stores, ensuring coverage during peak times.
· Assist with establishing retail policies & procedures, update operations manual and communicate changes to teams.
· Assist in the coordination of store openings/closings and remodels.
· Prioritize weekly/monthly store visits based on business needs and completing DM visit checklists.
Requirements:
· Sincere desire to work with diverse customers, selling apparel and adult novelties.
· Proven ability to set and achieve district revenue goals.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Exhibit high energy level.
· Strong business acumen; including retail math and P&L responsibility.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 2 nights and 2 weekends per month.
· Must be on call and responsive to alarm codes, and calls from stores with cash shortages/overages at closing.
· 80% travel required; company vehicle or auto allowance provided.
Experience:
· At least 3 years experience of multi-unit retail management.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
