Restroom Monitor
SUMMARY
The Restroom Monitor is responsible for monitoring restroom facilities onsite and contacting key staff when a service related to the safety, inclusivity and/or sanitation of the area is needed in order to ensure the best experience for our festival guests. In addition, the Restroom Monitor will greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and answer questions from guests about various aspects of the Festival. The Restroom Monitors will help us provide a safe festival experience by reporting any inappropriate guest behavior.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure restroom facilities are clean by reporting when servicing is needed, vandalism occurs, trash bins are full, or any other concerns regarding cleanliness or sanitization present
- Ensure restroom facilities are safe by reporting any inappropriate conduct, harassment, violence and ensuring that designated festival personnel are on post overseeing the safety in the area, including lighting, fencing and signage in the area.
- Ensure restroom facilities are inclusive by ensuring that no person is being denied access to the restroom facility designated to the gender that he/she/they identify with.
- Serve as a source of information to answer guest questions and help connect guests with the appropriate festival personnel to troubleshoot issues and obtain accurate information about the Festival.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Must use precautions and follow safety guidelines.
- Must be able to take direction and execute instructions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Required Work Dates: 4/11, 4/14 - 4/16, 4/21 - 4/23, 4/28 - 4/30
Pay Scale: $17.00
