YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

We offer a wide variety of shifts:

• 6:30 AM -1:30 PM
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We close at 9:00 PM, so you get out earlier than 10:00 PM most nights.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you have a busy and dynamic day-to-day schedule. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently at all times. With an attentive eye, you manage customer orders, oversee the preparation of food and smoothies, and ensure that all restaurant equipment is properly maintained. You're also responsible for managing and mentoring a team and promoting a positive work environment. You face new and exciting challenges every day, but with the support of your team and the satisfaction of seeing your efforts pay off, you find this position to be both fulfilling and rewarding!

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

• 21+ years old
• Computer proficiency, including basic Microsoft Suite skills
• Flexible schedule and the ability to cover shifts if employees call off
• Reliable transportation
