Calo is a residential treatment facility in Lake Ozark, Missouri that treats children ages 11-18 who have experienced trauma in their develpmental stages. Our students struggle with attachment disorders associated with the foster care/adoption process. Our students struggle with attachment disorders associated with the foster care/adoption process. Our uniqe treatment model facilitates the establishment, deepening, and maintaining healthy safe relationships that ultimately lead to co-regulation and joy.
The Residential Manager (RM) reports to the Residential Director. The mission of the RM is to oversee residential programming, staffing, and operations while working in collaboration with the treatment team. The RM will ensure there is healthy program culture and norms, minimize risks, ensure student, and staff safety, develop, and grow people, build upon, and optimize systems and processes, and work closely with the Operations Director and other departmental leadership team. The RM is someone who can effectively manage people and large teams with multiple levels of employees and with varying degrees of experience and professional development. The RM will maintain positive relationships with students’ parents.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
25 years of age or older
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
A desire to facilitate student growth through a team approach while working with other care providers
Demonstrated leadership experience in high-impact, kinetic environments
Experience working with youth (camps, church groups, sports teams, etc.)
CPR Certified
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
