PART TIME RESIDENTIAL LEASING AGENT - IMMEDIATE
Albany Management has immediate openings for weekend Rental Consultants at three of our premier Capital Region Apartment Home Communities. Menands - Dutch Village, Guilderland - Carpenter Village and Waterford – Strawberry Ridge. This position will work approximately two weekends/month, with additional hours possibly available.
Candidate must be energetic, enjoy working with the public, have exceptional phone skills, be team oriented and customer focused. This is a professional work environment in a continuously growing organization.
The primary responsibility is renting apartment homes. Other administrative responsibilities include: resident service, preparing leases, and other routine office duties. The hours are 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday with the possibility of additional hours during the week. Although this is primarily a weekend position, if time off is needed, coverage for your shift can be accommodated with advance notice.
Sales or customer service experience and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus.
Competitive salary $17 - $18 / hour pending experience, plus incentive. .

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
