FreeStand Home Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a talented cleaner, who is seeking to transition from their normal cleaning role, into a leadership position. FreeStand is based in Naperville, IL and specializes in providing temporary, furnished housing for corporations and companies around the world.
This role is 80% quality control/inspections, and 20% cleaning if/when items were missed by the previous cleaner. The last individual to be in the home prior to guest arrival, are the QC personnel - You.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting 2-5 homes per week (avg), to perform the assigned cleaning inspections, and report its findings to the cleaner and the department lead.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for traveling to all locations, which include Elgin (North), Orland Park (South), Aurora (West), and Chicago (city) areas.
Position pays $100 flat, for each home visited, which accounts for 3 or less hours inside the location. Any time spent over 3 hours inside a home, pays $25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential homes per the provided check-list.
- Clean any area missed by the assigned cleaner.
- Document and communicate all 'missed' items.
