There are ten Eagle Crest Communities through La Crosse, Onalaska and Holmen looking to hire part time and full time Resident Care Assistants/Associates in Memory Care and Assisted Living.

About the position:
As a Resident Care Assistant at Eagle Crest Communities you'll be provided a meaningful experience that goes beyond a paycheck with people who are committed to assisting our residents. These positions do not require you to be a Certified Nursing Assistant, but it can be beneficial and qualify you for higher pay.

RCA's make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal cares, activities of daily living, and social activities while helping them maintain dignity and independence. Other responsibilities will include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.
No experience? No problem! Many of our positions do not require previous experience, and we are excited to provide you the necessary training and certifications to join our team.

What We Need From You:

• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors, with a can-do attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age, or qualify for a waiver
• Background checks are ran after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay:

• Previous work experience working in direct care.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification (in any state)
• CBRF Certifications
• Working as a career employee (50+ hours per pay period)

Our Wages:

• Our starting wages are between $16.00 and $21.00 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• Shift Differentials:
• PM - $0.75/HR (CBRF)
• NOC - $3.00/HR
• Plus Weekend Differential
• On-call and career pay incentives.
• We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually.
