Health insurance and/or FL Blue experience is a plus. An active health license is required. This position is a full-time, remote opportunity with a schedule of 8:30AM-5:00PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Our Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) will have an active 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license, be Spanish/English bilingual, and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls. The CSR will be responsible for helping maintain and grow Company’s client base by servicing the insurance needs of clients, obtaining and processing health insurance documents, and providing overall excellent Customer Service in a call center environment. The CSR will excel in a remote home office environment while assisting Producers and other teammates with servicing accounts based on the guidelines and workflows of company & associates. Top candidates will be focused, detail-oriented, and energetic.

Health insurance and/or FL Blue experience is a plus. An active health license is required. This position is a full-time, remote opportunity with a schedule of 8:30AM-5:00PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Our Ideal Applicant will be adept in:

• Take customer calls from a queue and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns professionally and courteously
• Review applications, records, and policies for accurate processing
• Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from departments and clients
• Scanning through information to identify pertinent information to enter and update information into relevant databases
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Continually meet and/or exceed company performance expectations and goals
• Handling additional duties when needed from time to time

This Licensed Health Insurance Processor will possess:

• 2-15 or 2-40 active Florida insurance license REQUIRED (or active non-resident)

• Candidate must be Spanish/English bilingual

• High school diploma

• 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field

• Digital literacy proficiency REQUIRED (assessment due)

• Typing skills of 35+ WPM (assessment due prior to interview)

• Proven ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and meet goals

• Excellent organization, follow-through, and time-management skills

• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

• Independent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work productively from a home office

• A clean background without felony or misdemeanor convictions involving theft, fraud, or violence

Remote Office Compatibility Requirements:

• Speeds of 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download

• Hard-wired internet connection capable of supporting prompt response times. (Satellite

ISPs or wireless connectivity are not supported by our systems)

• Quiet, secure, distraction-free, and productive environment
