We are expanding at the Bo Cochran Allstate Agency, and have an opening for top performing Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team-oriented sales department. With our insurance offices extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Handle policy reviews and smaller service transactions.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines as set by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Manager.
- Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and team player attitude.
- Career minded vision.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Prior Allstate experience required.
