Job Description

The primarily responsibility of the Regional Franchise Support Coach is to increase individual unit sales for each of his/hers assigned locations. In order to accomplish this, the individual must provide front line support to assigned franchisees. The Regional Franchise Support Coach is the link between the individual locations and the Home Office.

Duties include:

· Responding appropriately to all support requests from Franchisees

· Regular contact with all locations

· Staying aware of the individual needs of each location

· Monthly performance coaching

· Monitoring compliance with operational and marketing standards

· Regular reporting to Home Office on status of locations

· Preparation and participation in Bin Learnin’ Training classes and Peer Performance Groups

· Travel to individual franchise locations within the United States is required and some travel to the Home Office in Canada is required when permitted

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide front line support for assigned franchise locations. Franchise operators should look to their assigned Regional Franchise Support Coach (RFSC) as the primary point of assistance and access to resources of the Support Team.

· Act as a liaison between Home Office and individual franchise locations. Ensure that what is going on in the field is communicated internally as necessary. Know and understand all important information regarding each assigned location. The RFSC should always know before a location is in trouble.

· For the first 12 months of opening the business, maintain at least bi-weekly contact with all locations via telephone.

· After the first year the contact should be at least monthly and on an "as needed" basis.

· Establish and maintain an appropriate in-field visit schedule with each location.

· Assist new locations in getting off the ground by maintaining very close contact during the Pre-opening phase of development. Regularly report on location status to John Ladds, Director of Franchise Support. Log all contact into the Hubspot CRM system.

· Work to ensure assigned locations are using the tools provided to run their business.

· Work to ensure assigned locations are operating the Bin There Dump That business model.

· Work to ensure assigned locations are using the business model evaluation tools provided. ie KPI Reporting Spreadsheets.

· Ensure locations are in compliance with current Operating and Marketing Standards.

· Participate in the franchisee training program virtually or at 5 day sessions in Oakville, ON, when travel permits.

· Facilitate new franchisee openings and certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
