Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Document Collection Specialist who will be a part of our team. Under our Tax Resolvers brand, we help businesses calculate and file for the Employee Retention Credit. To qualify a business for their Employee Retention Credit, as well as to file it, several important documents are needed from the client to complete the paperwork necessary.
A variety of contact methods are used to get these documents including phone calls and emails with payroll companies, banks, clients, etc. Details are very important and understanding which documents are needed, as well as important information to check on these documents before submitting is critical. Tasks will need to be followed up on and completed daily with the ideal candidate being highly organized and diligent. Tasks include:
- Collecting documents
- Verifying documents
- Uploading documents
- Sending calculations for signature
- Sending invoices
- Creating tasks and following up on tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
