Position: Senior Application Admin/Developer
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $104,000 - $120,000 per year
Clearance: Ability to obtain a DOE Q.

KeyLogic is currently searching for a Sr. App Admin/Developer to support one of our Department of Energy.

This position is remote. If offered the position, a government background investigation would be required for a security clearance. Since this position falls under the Department of Energy, the clearance does require exclusive US Citizenship (i.e., no dual citizenship).

You will analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. You will develop block diagrams and logic flow charts, translate detailed design into computer software and test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. You will need experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
• Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translate detailed design into computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
• Experience in information system design, including application programming on large-scale database management systems and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a BS/BA and 8 years of experience as and administrator and developer for one of the following ESH Applications: Enablon, Devonway, ChemSafety
• Candidate can start uncleared and work remotely

Desired Skills:

• Java and/or .NET experience
