Rehabilitation Services Technician Job at UVA Medical Center
The rehabilitation services technician assists professional therapy staff in achieving optimum patient care by completing assigned tasks.
Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $19.39 Hourly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires frequently bending/stooping/traveling. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs. May be exposed to blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
- Assists therapy staff with patient care as directed.
- Assists therapists with equipment and supply needs.
- Actively participates in professional growth activities.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: No experience required.
- Licensure: American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
