About the Position:

The Lofta Sleep Coach (Respiratory Therapist) will handle all aspects of the Lofta client’s journey through the Lofta Care Path including:

• Coordination of interactions between clients and independent board-certified sleep physicians
• Execution of home sleep tests under prescription from sleep physician
• Virtual (via phone, computer, live chat and email) fitting and setup of CPAP equipment according to physician’s prescription and client needs
• Energetic feedback and support for clients as they begin and receive CPAP treatment through the Lofta Care Program
• Monitor therapy outcomes and provide support to ensure maximum efficacy
• Engage with clients transacting on the Lofta e-commerce web platform
• Significant and rapid advancement potential to senior management roles

Preferred Experience:

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Certified Sleep Disorder Specialist preferred
• Experience in Sleep Medicine specifically in the area of the screening, testing, diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Apnea
• Experience in the reading and comprehension of computer scored sleep testing reports a plus
• Experience with Respiratory Durable Medical Equipment, specifically CPAP/BiPAP equipment and supplies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enjoys working with the public
• Familiarity with common computer programs (Outlook, MSFT Word, MSFT Excel)
• Strong English capabilities required (read/write/follow instructions)
• Very strong computer skills (Apple a plus)
• Upbeat, happy and positive personality
• Professional and great communicator
• The more experience you have in sleep (testing, pap set-ups, support, etc.) the better.
