As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool Critical Care unit, you will provide care to a variety of patients throughout our Hospital. Staffed with a team- oriented group of caring clinical professionals our Pool RN’s float to our Critical Care, Emergency Room and Step Down floors.

About this unit:

• You have proven to be proficient as a registered nurse and are now looking for a new way to sharpen your skills. As part of our site RN Float Pool, you will be lending your knowledge and experience to ICU, ER and Step-Down units. Meeting new colleagues, observing different techniques, and keeping your specialty skills in use will add to the upward momentum of your RN journey.
• Premium pay plus shift differentials.
• Critical Care units - ED, ICU, PACU, Step-Down

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
• At least 2 years of critical care experience - ICU, ED, PACU.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
