Our organization is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our team of in-house medical professionals. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of autism, ABA techniques and behavior analysis, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in providing therapy, managing resources and developing treatment plans. Some experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college proffered
- Must have a current RBT Certificate from BACB
- Must take class in CPR/First Aid, and obtain certificate
- Must be reliable with reliable transportation
- Must work well with youth with varying age and functionality.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.24 per hour
