Travel Resorts of America currently operates eleven premium, membership-based Camping Resorts in South Dakota, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Whether an RV owner, tent-camper, or booking a cabin, there are plenty of options for our members to choose from, along with amazing campground amenities with unique adventures and activities!

Travel Resorts of America is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager that will be assigned to creating and building a team that will generate leads for several locations. This is a key marketing role driving high-growth, fast-paced demand for the resorts. This is a leadership role in the development, implementation, and tracking of integrated marketing programs. Integrated marketing programs include digital, print, brand, call center, public relations, media, and events. Responsible for building the tour pipeline and driving resort tour flow based on marketing budgets. This will be a vital and highly visible process-driven position reporting to the CMO.

Responsibilities

  • Mission critical role to achieving the company’s volume and profit growth targets.
  • Complete ownership of marketing activities and tour generation at assigned resort locations. 360-degree view of marketing activities within region continuously.
  • Requires interactions, influencing and building partnerships with key business partners that include local RV dealers, Trade shows, and external business vendors.
  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented contributor with passion for data-driven decision-making and experience. This person is also an excellent communicator with keen understanding of how integrated channels fit into the overall business strategy of campaigns.
  • Assist in setting strategic direction and ensuring execution for monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan.
  • Control and monitor costs and performance among campaigns.
  • Strategize on marketing trends in a proactive manner for marketing initiatives including outreach, sales communication, marketing programs, and more.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • Experience in writing offers, content and design for on-going direct response marketing campaigns.
  • Some understanding of agile data management and technology.
  • Update and adhere to all policies, procedures, and privacy and legislation compliance.
  • Share, learn and coach cross-functional teams on details of marketing initiatives.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in direct marketing environment with integrated marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering consumer lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Must be detail-oriented on initiative process for marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience: Critical thinking, strategic thinking, problem solving, voice of the customer, creative and communication design, campaign & project management, creating/managing marketing workflows.
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-starter, high-energy, and sense of urgency behaviors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
