Job Description:
The Recruitment & Retention Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, hiring, & training CAREGivers for the Company.
Recruitment & Retention - Details:
- Hours: full-time, Monday through Friday
- Location: Winchester, VA

Recruitment & Retention Coordinator's Duties:
- Proactively seek out locations (job fairs, colleges, trade schools, chambers of commerce, etc.) to represent the Company and find potential employees.
- Assist in Digital Marketing, using every available social media platform and online recruitment system to find employee candidates.
- Assist in conducting interviews of employee candidates, under the supervision of the management team.
- Assist in onboarding new employees (paperwork, some training, etc.).
Requirements to be a Recruitment & Retention Coordinator:
- Candidate must have considerable computer skills. Professional IT experience is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have +/-5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and will be able to seek out new recruiting opportunities for the Company.
- Extensive community service is a plus. Ideal candidate will already have a network of relationships in the community.
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have access to reliable, personal transportation; have current auto insurance; & be able to transport clients if necessary.
