This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to work in the Health Care industry!
Candidates will work closely with our North & Central Texas Recruitment team as well as serve as the primary Recruiter for select roles.
The position is centrally located near near Downtown Dallas!
The recruitment coordinator is a key member of our team in developing recruitment marketing strategies to try and reach the most qualified candidates including working to improve our job ads, sending out e-blasts and even traveling to help manage hiring events. In this position, you’ll be trusted to be one of the administrators of our business’ external sourcing accounts, where you’ll create, boost and manage events and ads.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or enrollment in a Bachelor's program is required
- Prior experience with social media advertising or on-line marketing is a plus.
- Customer Service experience is preferred
