In 2022, we opened our newest location in Signal Hill serving the communities of Long Beach and Torrance, CA. Due to our rapid growth, we are adding a new position to our office operations team: Recruitment and Operations Coordinator.
The Recruitment and Operations Coordinator is a member our leadership team reporting to our Director of Client and CareGiver Services while also working side-by-side with the Agency’s Founder and CEO.

The Recruitment and Operations Coordinator assists with Recruitment, Scheduling, Training, Agency Operations and is accountable to:
- Manage the Agency’s candidate flow by phone interviewing and scheduling Caregiver in person interviews, conducting reference checks and employment verifications.
- Collaborate with the Director and Agency Founder on creating a culture of Recognition and Education for the team through planning company wide meetings, reward programs and monthly CareGiver blog posts/newsletters.
- Assist the Director with Training, New Hire Orientation and New CareGiver onboarding.
- Conduct Phone Consultations with current clients to assist with developing in home care plans.
- Create and execute operational projects to ensure the Agency functions flawlessly with respect to managing supplies and logistics planning for community marketing events.
- Facilitate all guidelines for employee safety, Standard Precautions & Infection Control procedures, Emergency Preparedness and maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and client matters.
- On call responsibilities (incl. rotating weekend coverage) as shared across the leadership team.
- Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business, including emergency back up for Client CareGiving Visits.
- Full-time Flex:
- Work 30-40 hours per week
- Between 6-8 hours per day, across 5-6 days per week
- Flexibility in planning your week work to align with the needs of the business
- With strong performance and results in the role, this position can work from home up to 2 days per week
- Salary: $19.00 – 21.00 per hour
- Reimbursed $1.20 per mile driven when driving on company business

What is required for the role:
- Availability to work minimum 30 hours/week with the needs of the business, between hours of 9am-7pm, incl. Saturdays and rotation of on-call office phone coverage nights and weekends
- Proficient in the use communication tools necessary for job (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), software applications (e.g. Practice Management and Applicant Tracking systems, video conferencing)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment for front-line, non-exempt positions. (i.e. resume review, phone screen and interview scheduling)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Home Care services or related industry (CNA is a plus)
- Proven experience learning new processes and becoming very efficient in execution
- Bilingual is a plus: Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog
- COVID Vaccination(s) or medical/religious accommodation, TB Tested and CA State Registry HCA # required
- CADL and insurance and availability to, occasionally, drive on company business in their own vehicle
- Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week. (as well as rotation of on-call nights and weekends)
- Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
