Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Team Lead to assume recruitment leadership responsibility for a team of internal Procom recruiters. The Recruiting Team lead is the liaison between the Account Managers and the Recruiters. They hold an integral role in the delivery framework with leading the recruiters through all aspects of recruitment delivery and guiding the Account Managers through the critical details required by the Delivery engine to be successful.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivery and Job Order Management: Daily Job Order Follow Ups and Coverage management with both Recruiters and Account Managers through Scrums, one on one conversations and/or small team meetings. prioritize, update, and remove jobs from the list through open discussions to strategize on coverage opportunities.
Performance Management: Objectives and activity management with team members- working with recruiters to grow performance of all aspects of recruitment to increase output at each stage in the process.
Reporting/Data Accuracy: Review of weekly and monthly reporting to look for trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for
Team Development: Manage the expectations of training with team members to ensure new trained habits and skills are integrated into daily work. Delivering training in a one-on-one experience or through Bootcamps and small groups.
Recruitment Expertise: Provide recruitment expertise to team members, other recruiters, and Account Managers.
Individual Contribution: Lead by example with individual contribution of activity and performance.
Be a positive influence for your team to mimic work hours, professionalism, and results.
Weekly meeting with team members to review weekly objectives of submissions, client submissions, interviews, and review of declines to ensure meeting weekly and monthly objectives.
Monthly review of closes to ensure accuracy of start report and escalate any changes.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
3-5+ years of recruiting staffing experience
Willingness to support all types of business (VMS, Retail, Enterprise, etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from Account Managers and Team Members
Strong understanding and usage of ATS and Job Boards and how to utilize each system effectively.
Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems.
Proven track record as a staffing recruiter.
Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Qualifications Staffing Services: 3 years (Required) Leadership: 1 year (Required)
