Sourcing Specialist:
Under direct supervision of the Manager of Talent Acquisition, focuses on the accelerated development of talent intelligence, sourcing top talent, and the consistent creation of diverse candidate pipelines in strategic focus areas to meet both current and anticipated staffing needs. Utilizes strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop customized/robust sourcing strategies that are creative and innovative.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts pure research and name generation activities and automated electronic passive candidate searches.
  • Implements cutting edge best practice approaches.
  • Engages passive talent, generating excitement about employer brand and soliciting referrals. Engages candidates through marketing emails.
  • Keeps high quality declined candidates “warm” with regular out-reach calls/emails.
  • Participates in engagement/intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers as needed.
  • Conducts a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to recruiters.
  • Stays current on hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditions.
  • Identifies and evaluates new sourcing tools as they become available in the marketplace and works with the Director-Talent Acquisition to determine viable tools for future consideration.
  • Provides updates to recruiters for strategic and hard to fill position.
  • Ensures that the ROI of the sourcing activities is reported on a monthly basis.
  • Utilizes data to develop the annual source plan, which includes but is not limit to, funds for electronic resources and utilization of sourcing programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
