This position will be recruiting and hiring caregivers (we call them Care Heroes) to help our growing Senior In Home Care services.

Endeavor is one of the largest and fastest growing privately owned, Non-Medical Home Care Agencies in Arizona. Our mission is to enrich lives, which we do with our Award Winning Senior Care, Endeavor Training Institute (which trains our caregivers and those from some of the top assisted living communities), and our Arizona DDD Division helping Kiddos with Disabilities.
We are truly passionate about helping others and are looking for someone to join our family at Endeavor initially as a part time recruiter who will work remotely. Applicants must have the compassion and love of serving others in their time of need, as well as strong communication skills, ability to positively engage applicants, and be able to work well with others.
Responsibilities and Duties for the Full time Recruiter
- Actively seek out new applicants from online job boards, e.g. Indeed, Hireology, myCNAjobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Respond and interact with prospective applicants promptly and with a level of care, kindness, and professionalism that will represent Endeavor well
- Operate with integrity and attention to detail in documenting interactions with prospective applicants
- Be open and willing to be coached on successful strategies, verbiage, and processes that will ensure high quality and consistent new hires
- Initiate phone, text, and email conversations with prospective applicants
- Be willing to interview over the phone, via zoom, or sometimes in person
- Willingness to support the HR team as needed, e.g. recruiting events
- This position reports to the HR Administrator
Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter
- 2+ years Healthcare Recruiting, preferably with experience recruiting caregivers or other entry level healthcare positions
- Must live in the Mesa Area
- Proven track record of successful recruiting
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
- Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
- Experience & Proficiency in posting ads & interacting with candidates on social media, online job platforms such as Hireology, Indeed and Zip Recruiter, and using video platforms such as zoom
- Thrives on working Independently
- Must be fully COVID19 vaccinated
