We are looking for a motivated recruiter to help attract the best talent for various company's it owns. We are looking for someone hands on to do A-Z recruiting. This position doesn't work for a recruiting firm but hired in-house. We are looking for sometime to help build and manage our recruiting efforts to be the most effective and efficient.

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute progressive and effective recruiting initiatives.
• Build a network through industry contacts, advertising, and current employees to develop and maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Develop and maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets.
• Communicate with hiring managers about their hiring needs and work with them throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure those needs are being met.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Create detailed and accurate job descriptions.
• Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Monitor job ad costs and their effectiveness.
• Communicate with HR Representative on their recruiting, tracking spreadsheets, needs, etc. to assist with recruiting efforts when necessary and monitor the effectiveness of their job ads.
• Become the expert of Indeed and other platforms to effectively utilize.
• Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Make suggestions to improve the company website to assist in recruiting.
• Assist with improving company ratings on indeed and glass door.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Acceptable background and MVR
• Recruiting experience
• Admin and or customer servicer required
• Bachelor's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
