Full Time Talent Acquisition Specialist-REMOTE

Under the direction of the Director, National Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, identifying, engaging and evaluate qualified candidates utilizing tools, program and other resources to attract top talent across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Director, National Talent Acquisition regarding the overall company recruitment needs, sourcing strategies, timelines and any unique recruitment strategies for a particular position, center, group of centers or companywide.
  • Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients.
  • Source, engage, interview and educate candidates about position opportunities.
  • Maintain an openine of communication with the clients and candidates.
  • Uncover clients' and candidates’ needs, situations, and problems.
  • Retain flexible schedules in order to service clients and candidate’s requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties.
  • Recommend candidates for employment and coordinates with field leadership and HR colleagues, subsequent employment offer.
  • Network, build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidate.
  • Ensure all candidates are thoroughly screened according to RXH guidelines.
  • Maintains thorough and accurate records for each candidate for inclusion in the applicant tracking system.
  • Posts open positions on RXH website and other electronic job boards.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure candidates are processed accordingly through the RXH onboarding process.
  • Administer recruitment survey tools.
  • Place employment ads appropriately with approval and maintains related advertising reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state EEO laws
  • Follow up with candidates throughout recruiting process.
  • Adhere to RXH policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain national recruitment log in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain recruitment related metrics and reports.
  • Participate in the development and execution of RestorixHealth (“RXH”) recruitment strategies and work plan to achieve the desired outcome of identifying and hiring top talent.
  • Completes company mandated training as required in a timely manner.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with a variety of data processing software and relational database systems for data retrieval and reporting.
  • Adequate background in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
  • Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year full cycle, multi-state recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of basic financial modeling required
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be a detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and a problem-solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work effectively with a team
Physical Requirements:
This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision, hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory and cognitive sensory functions are required.
