Malvern Treatment Centers is seeking a part time Weekend Receptionist to work Saturday/Sunday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. This position works closely with all employees and visitors to create a welcoming and warm environment. Superior customer services skills are required.

Position Summary: Answers phones, directs calls, updates daily census, and performs other clerical duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator.

Summary of Essential Position Functions:

Answers all incoming calls.

Assists with screening of visitors.

Sorts and distributes mail.

Maintains office supplies for copier and postage machine.

Serves as liaison for some facility vendor equipment/relationships.

Interacts appropriately with patients in lobby re: seeing counselor, transportation, etc.

Interacts appropriately with visitors in lobby – new patients, family, etc and ensures needs are met.

Sets up and/or confirms appointments as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical/Computer Skills: Microsoft Office proficient, accurate typing skills and the ability to use standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work – lifting 10 lbs maximum
