We are looking for a Family Child Advocate (FCA) to join our pediatric therapy team at Bucktown (Chicago)!

Our kids are at the center of everything we do here at North Shore Pediatric Therapy! As a FCA, you will be responsible for managing the client's experience from beginning through end, until each client is highly satisfied, whether active or inactive. This involves understanding the clients’ needs and leveraging all the benefits that the client can get from North Shore Pediatric Therapy’s multidisciplinary environment.

Does this sound like you?

• You have a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in a related field
• You have excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills
• Those who know you describe you as having unflappable patience and compassion. Autism affects each person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent, calm care and follow-up.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude

Your role as a FCA

As a member of our team, you will:

• Coordinate the therapists' schedule at the beginning of each week based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements
• Send welcome email packets to Activations
• Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication
• Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails
• Attends weekly Huddle meetings in center
• Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed

Our interview process

We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up. Our interview process is designed to make you feel like you know us and are a good fit for our kiddos. The first step in our interview process is a video chat with a member of our recruiting team. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about us. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session.

By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how you will be teaching our kiddos to blossom. We can’t wait to meet you!
