GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Sales Support - Office Admin is responsible for assisting the Owners, Sales
Managers and Sales Team Members with the coordination of various sales administrative functions.

Sales Support Functions:

  • Answer and handle incoming telephone calls and fax correspondence.
  • Enter and modify sales-related data into the company internal customer order data base (A.R.M.S.).

This data may include:
- Quotations/Order processing
- Documentation of all phone calls and emails
- bills of material
- vendor and customer information
- cancellations

  • Maintain customer files on a daily basis in additional to creating new files for incoming customers
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Review damage photos and notes submitted by sales reps for each signed customer and determine

whether file is complete prior to moving along to the next plan of action

  • Assisting with the creation of final invoices post job completion for insurance carriers
  • Support Managers and Sales Support with additional basic sales administration.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, as evidenced by an ability to interact with

customers, vendors and internal staff of various interpersonal styles. (In-house supplementers, Public
Adjusters, etc.)

Required Knowledge, and Skills:

  • MUST have a minimum of one to two years of experience in an administrative function.
  • Previous experience with roofing/roofing administrative work/Insurance work is highly beneficial
  • Solid understanding of technical and computer skills with the ability to navigate within the customer

order data base. (We will train you on our A.R.M.S. program.)

  • Strong project management skillset; Detail Oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Google Docs). THIS IS A MUST!!
  • Ability to handle a high volume of files that must be updated on a regular weekly basis

Work Environment:
The personnel traffic in the office is minimal and the noise level in the work environment is typically
quiet. .... Front Desk and an open environment set-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
