Real Estate Field Superintendent

Duties Include:

Preparing and maintaining budgets while tracking all related expenses.

Manage project timelines, contractors, suppliers, and properties from purchase to sale

Build relationships with vendors and suppliers

Manage daily use of our in-house Podio

Oversee and submit invoicing for contractors, vendors and suppliers to National Project Manager and Billing Department

Regularly visits project sites to handle issues and provide progress reports with pictures and details and interact with city/county building department officials

Ensure the use of correct job scopes, renovation contracts, and necessary lien waivers for each project

Find new contractors and tradesman in your market to maintain multiple options and confirmation of licenses and insurances requirements to be carried by contractors and other tradesman

Participate in weekly meetings with National Project Manager

Reports to National Projects Manager and participate in weekly meetings

Light maintenance person duties include, but not limited to installing mailboxes, blinds, house numbers, changing light bulbs, installing locksets, new door bells, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated, able to take direction, and have the following skills:

Driven to be accurate

Excellent communication skills (email, checklist, text or other form of written is preferred)

Must be technologically savvy. (Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Email, Smartphone, etc.)

Thrives in a multifaceted environment and enjoys wearing many hats

Creativity to organize livable space for better use of the dwelling

Self-Starter & deadline oriented

Possess leadership, organizational, & motivational skills

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Have reliable transportation

Construction Field experience

Must be bilingual or able to communicate with contractors and vendors who made not speak English

Real Estate or Contractor's License is a plus

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

1 year minimum residential project management/superintendent

$48,000.00 per year, $2,000.00 pre-tax paid on the 5th and 20th of each month

Schedule:

Monday through Friday with evening and weekend availability
