Job Title: Supplier Quality Coordinator
Location: Mossville, IL
Pay Range: $60,000 - $77,800
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
As a Supplier Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the relationship between suppliers and the facility, particularly regarding quality non-conformances and corrective actions. You will serve as a bridge between the supply base and the facility, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues and improve overall quality performance.
Typical Task Breakdown:
- Utilize the ETQ system to manage and track quality-related notices and actions.
- Regularly check incoming notices from facilities and follow up on issued notices.
- Address questions and provide support to stakeholders regarding quality issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and analyze data to drive quality enhancements.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and the remaining days remote. The work environment is a basic office setting, providing the necessary resources and tools for effective coordination and communication.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in supplier quality or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, facility personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Solid computer skills to navigate relevant systems and tools.
