Responsibilities:
1. Provides step-by-step control at all stages of the production process, quality control and completeness of finished products, the quality of tools and technological equipment, as well as the correct storage of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, components in the company's divisions and warehouses, finished products before they are sent to consumers.
2. Manages the product quality control system in accordance with the requirements of standards, specifications and technical documentation.
3. Develops and implements measures to improve product quality.
4. Analyzes incoming claims and proposes measures to reduce claims for finished products.
5. Controls the procedure for acceptance, organizes the accounting of non-conforming products after the correction of defects that have arisen during its manufacture, testing, storage and operation.
6. Develops and implements a quality management system, standards, norms and indicators that regulate product quality.
7. Informs the top management of the plant and heads of departments about all cases of detection of non-conforming products, defects, violations of technology and shortcomings in the organization of production, which must be immediately eliminated.
8. Maintains a record of non-conformity certified and non-correctable products.
9. Organizes laboratory testing of raw materials and semi-finished products with the appropriate workflow.
10. Organizes the acceptance tests with the appropriate workflow.
11. Draws up quality documents for manufactured products
