Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II - Haven in Conway - Weekends Job at Arisa Health
Arisa Health in Haven Residential facility in Conway is seeking candidates to fill a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II position. A bachelor's degree is required for this position, along with at least two years of experience working in a mental health setting.
Haven is a Qualified Residential Treatment Program that provides 24/7 care and treatment to adolescent females ages 13-18 in state custody. This position will be responsible for the weekend management of the QRTP facility including staff, clients, and house maintenance. This position will also be responsible for communication with community partners as necessary and appropriate for their shift patterns to ensure all client needs are met.
Candidates should have good communication (written and oral) skills, organizational skills, patience, consistency, and trustworthiness. Experience working with adolescents who have experienced complex trauma is required. Knowledge of the foster care system is beneficial and strongly preferred.
Work hours: Full time, Friday - Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
