The activity is related to Aircraft Engine disassembly for OEM's, Airlines, MRO shops, Parts distributors or Investors. The turn over represents 7.2 $M, with 150 Engines to disassemble per year. The company is dealing with a wide range of different Engine brands and types. Engine teardown calls for specialized knowhow and dedicated equipment and resources. We are looking now for a Quality and safety Inspector.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
FAA part 145 experience
Prior Supervisory or auditor's experience
Demonstrate leadership to train employees in the performance of duties in area of specialization
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and organize effectively.

We are looking now for a Quality and safety Inspector.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control
- Audit technical and managerial processes to ensure compliance.
- Records and tracks non-compliance issues to closure.
- Ensures QC & QA processes are followed, based on FAA, EASA and AFRA regulations and manual procedures.
- Ensures respect of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs
- Provides development of Quality Management System and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contracts or projects.
- Provides an independent assessment of how the project's processes are being implemented relative to the defined processes and recommends methods to optimize the organization's processes.
- May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
- Responsible for all the reports of Quality Control inspections, results, corrective actions, recommended preventive actions
- Serve as a point-of-contact for customers concerning engine inspections, for example, compliance, conformance issues, and overall relationship
- In addition, for Part 145 activities:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for the FAA/EASA and maintaining the overall relationship with other regulatory agencies as required by assigned site
- Supervises the activities
- Provides inspectors training and certification to include classroom training, OJT, testing, and return to service authorization letters
- Reviews Work Package Documentation
- Prepares Customer Release to Service Records Packages
- Manage compliance with all Osha, DOT, and similar laws, rules, regulations related to employee safety;
- Maintain employee's forklifts driving qualification files, drug and alcohol programs, vehicle inspections, driver training, permitting, etc.;
- Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure effective and consistent implementation of regulatory and internal requirements at all locations;
- Provide awareness of pending and upcoming changes to Osha, Fmcsa, and state DOT regulations to ensure the Company is prepared for future compliance requirements;
- Audit and review electronic reports and logs as well as assisting drivers with discrepancies and issues;
- Manage and supervise all safety operations within the Company including, but not limited to, safety training programs;
- Oversee operations to ensure that quality and customer expectations are met, maintained, and conducted within the safety guidelines of the Company and its customers;
- Review pre-trips and post-trips for all trucks and schedule maintenance as necessary;
- Supervise reports and assist in safety operation functions including, but not limited to, decisions regarding hiring, training, placement, discipline, and termination of Company employees;

- 70 to 75K annually based on experience and qualifications.
- Health insurance, including vision and dental
- Vacation & Sick days.
- 8 hours shift.
- Day shift.
- Monday to Friday
