Purchasing Support Specialist

Responsibilities as a part of our team will include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare and process purchase orders for material, sinks and other inventory.

· Resolve supplier and vendor grievances and submit warranty claims as needed.

· Assist with processing company inventory counts.

· Communicate inventory needs to Purchasing Manager.

· Receiving purchase orders into software system, as a backup when Inventory Manager is away.

· Purchasing our shop and install supplies.

· Reviewing all jobs that have been quote and sold. Reviewing for inventory needs and other details

· Daily review of open purchase orders

· Updating Sink/Faucet sale book for Sales Team each month

· Logistics on incoming deliveries with Inventory Manager

· Gather Supplier price lists beginning of each year or when they have new price increases.

· Updating Blanco pricing into software system each year

· Cross training with the Accounting Department

Qualifications:

· Prior experience within procurement is a plus but not necessary.

· Problem-solving and root cause analytical skills

· Strong organizational, detail and analytical skills, but also be able to meet deadlines.

· A team player who can work individually on assignments and who also is a key member of our team.

· Strong communication skills in working with internal and external customers.

· Proficient in MS Office; Word and Excel

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
