Our client is looking for an Industrial Service Specialist to join their team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. As a Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of providing outstanding technical support to both new and existing customers. Post-sales requirements will be your primary focus. Our client specifically seeks an individual with technical manufacturing or industrial experience, preferably with piping or pumping equipment.

HYBRID Industrial Service Specialist (Pipes/Pumps exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Resolve complex mechanical, process, and logistical issues
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Understand technical specifications, plan drawings, and equipment details
• Enter and track service orders in ERP and CRM systems
• Document and track customer issues or inquiries in the customer service issue log
• Coordinate RGAs, in-house repairs, field services, and training
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain detailed records

HYBRID Industrial Service Specialist (Pipes/Pumps exp. req.) Qualifications

• Experience with industrial operations, piping, or pumping equipment required
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Client-facing experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
